Ridley Concept(and someone else)

i wonder if anybody even remembers this guy when i made him few months ago
anywho i did not get to give him a final outline instead of this rough one along with the color
But i pretty much got him where i want him, hopefully i will get to clean up the rough edges along with the color
and yes, his name is Ridley, background? quick summary, always been sort of a outcast from griffons, i mean, unlike most, he is a rare mix breed of a crow instead of the usual, he had it rough till war came a calling which he a course glady joined the forces(he has a taste for killing, go figure), along with Django, which they became sort of good friends till this guy started to show his crazy, anywho blah blah Django left him for dead, ridley gets upset, and ticked, goes blind from right eye, gets thrown in prison after all his crazy crimes surfaced up, and developed a even more great grudge towards Django and anyone he holds dear, finally escapes after years of blah blah you get whats going to happen next

Overall the guy is bad news, i wanted to make him a bit larger build then the usual griffons, another this is his scars(which i did not get a chance to color all of them and apply the rest) that he has earned over the years, and also on his left talon he has a sharp metal nail like finger which he has become famous for poking eyes out with, slashing throats,playing a bloody game of tic tac toe on someones head, oh man basically that thing is covered in bloody history
Again, the guy is basically mentally unstable, but he shrouds this with his cool personality, along with a sadistic sense of humor, also strictly goes by the "eye for an eye" rule, oh and he doesnt directly go for the kill, hes more of the type that likes to go into someones head, break them, then finish them off, yay torture!

Oh and the hippogriff on the right? wow look at the size comparison to a youngling, dude....anyways, Lets just say that little one is another small project for later in the future
i might draw him(along with another) next time!

again i would have done a better job on this but this guy has college so i will catch ya guys on the flipside and reply to yall when given the chance!
