Scraps(sketchy)

Scraps, the typical class A smart mouth d-bag who sounds like an idiot(but actually a braniac)
Constantly upgrades his parts(especially that arm of his), runs the shop with Rust(built her arm, something about owing a debt for Lockjaw)

nobody really knows much about his background besides a few, and why he got those robo parts, others say he was part of some war where he pretty much limped out of the bloody field and made use of his fallen robotic enemies, Rust says the dude was born that way, either way, you blast off his torso, hes gonna rebuild it, rip his eye out(which did happened) hes going to rebuild it, cut his head off....i wouldnt be surprised if he had a robotic spare in the fridge

wait where is his other arm?
idk, he probably used it as a projectile like just straight up ejected that thing like a rocket(seriously)
