Hue the smeargle

can i just say first that i made this guy while listening to an entire Pink Floyd album?

ANYWAYS ON TO THE SMEARGLE GUY FELLA THING 
i dont have much on him atm, but i will say that he makes quite the mess(then again, smeargle) buuut idk, imagine this guy just dragging that tail on the ground leaving a trail of pink

but that is it for now, lets see what else i can do with him along the way, hm?
